DJ/PRODUCER - CORRIDUB

Josh has always had a passion for electronic dance music (specifically Dubstep, Electro House and Bassline). Since attending Bournemouth University, he went out and bought some decks, software and decent speakers and started up a DJ duo with fellow student Matt Cane - this was when Corridub was born.
Corridub are a new and exciting DJ collective who primarily focus on mixing genres together in a way that makes mixes enjoyable for all audiences. They have begun producing their own music and have a great future ahead of them. Check out their mixes ----->
Corridub are available for gigs and functions, due to their high musical knowledge, they can captivate the audiences of all ages and events - including weddings, birthdays and club nights.
Corridub's upcoming event is CLASH BOURNEMOUTH 3rd March at Yates Bournemouth (info below) and tickets are available now!

Production Techniques
In Josh's University Course, he has to work in studios regularly, recording different instruments for different purposes. Below is an example of when he has to compare stereo and mono microphone techniques. He had to compare 2 mono microphones against a single sound source (Shure SM57 and Neumann TLM 193) and 2 stereo microphone techniques (XY and vertical spaced pair) with 2 pencil condenser microphones. The single sound source was an acoustic guitar both time, with the mono comparison being an extract from 'Stairway to Heaven' by Led Zeppilin and the stereo comparison was an extract from 'Little Things' by One Direction. A write up along with the recordings, made using ProTools in the studios at the uni, can be found below.
